Night dance

Sun fell down, leaving blood in the sky. slowly fading, leaving us blind. The shadows come out. I am among them. New to this game. The car just had to crash, drunk driver to blame. but, They speak the truth. Movements so fluent, so gohstly, and smooth. I am dancing the nightdance, it feels so right. Beneth the moonlight we easily prance. Our song is silence. Never speak a word, never touch the ground. This is the night dance. So ghostly and smooth. Come out late at night, and you might join one too.

Mama always told me 'bout the boy who tortured butterflies He ripped their wings, and tore their legs. then left them there to die. On the ground they all lay The poor wingless butterflies. no matter how hard mama tried they always passed away. I see the wingless butterflies, all on the ground in pain.
